2005 Bmw 325i Convertible Roof Not Working

My convertible top had problems last november.

Works for 2 to 3. I have a bmw 325ci. I heard clicking in the mechanics of the roof and it would not go up. When i go to press the button to put it down it will disengage it from the fasteners but will not go.
