2000 Ford F150 Door Locks Not Working

2000 ford f150 door locks not working.

Its a real hassel. This happens with both doors and both buttons. I bet the noise kind of sounds like a humming grinding noise in the doors as you watch the door lock just vibrate. This is due to the battery dieing.

If you folks have ever watched one of my videos and it s helped you please email lanny owner of accurate engines and let him know that you would consider. If this occurs you need to troubleshoot the power door locks and keyless entry remote on the ford vehicle. Specifically when i press the button to unlock or lock the doors the locks don t respond either way. Checked the batteries in the key fobs checked the fuses checked the car battery.

I have a 2000 f 150 and the power locks are not working properly. Most likely the door lock actuators have failed this is not uncommon for both to fail at the same time. The automatic door locks do not work. Step 1 change out the battery on the keyless entry remote control if the car is not responding to the buttons you press.
